Nach der unpromoteten Tanz in den Mai Session am Brüssler Platz nun der nächste "RDA Superevent:

Aber zuvor noch ein paar Infos über RDA und ihr "Ubuntu Projekt"...

Über RDAlarm :
RDAlarm is a good friend of music. Founded in ´99 in a small town called Delmenhorst, raised in Bremen and arrived safely in Cologne in 2003
with happenings like "Kenia Benefit Bash", "Yes, we like good beats", "Patchwork Project" and actually "Mo´Show".
RDAlarm contains RDAlive (late night soul creation), RDAudio (music delivery), RDArtists (artist support) and RDAhead (editor section).

Über "Each one teach one" ...
Each One Teach One is founded by Anne Schmeckies who is working as a teacher in Bremerhaven/Germany, who got the will and the power to change global problems step by step with various project like the pax project or the Ubuntu Project.
Since a long time she is working with hiphop artists and other creativ people of rest of the world. The main members are artists like DJ and producer Phax Mulder (Bremen), the singer and songwriter Big LeBasti (Bremen), the graphik artist XXII (Cologne). The group is added by other artists from time to time. People like Flomega (Bremen), Krischna Kumar (India), Sulal Kool (Herne), Controversy, Freshly Ground (both South Africa).
In October 2006 the EOTO-Crew had been in Capetown/SA to work on a ANTI HIV-Campaign and to record a CD with choirs from different townships and artists from the local HipHop-scene. The CD will be called "Ubuntu - From pieces to Peace". Ubuntu is a african philosophy of togetherness and community. This CD will be released on April the 1st in 2007.

Heureka ! Der Sommer kommt mit einer großen Portion Selbstbewusstsein in das Jahr 2007 gestolpert. Wir fallen auf die Knie und huldigen dem Sonnengott mit einem Konzert der Spitzenklasse. Der beste Exil Russe an den 1210ern und der MPC aka DJ VADIM kommt zusammen mit Deuce Eclipse (Rapper), Emo (Reggae Vocalist), Steve (Keyboard) und Yarah Bravo als Ehrengast (von One Self, Sängerin) nach Köln und spielt live ein "Best of" seiner bisherigen LP´s und natürlich sein komplettes neues Album "The Soundcatcher", welches im März über BBE Records veröffentlicht wurde.
Vadim steht seit Jahren für qualitativ hervorragende Musikproduktionen, die musikalisch irgendwo zwischen HipHop, Downbeat, Breakbeat und Reggae liegen. Dope live Material. Apropo Material...
...um dem Ganzen noch einen drauf zu setzen haben wir unseren Kollegen Donqui Shot von 007 Biez eingeladen, der am 8.Mai den Release seiner Debut LP "Classic Material" feiert. Boom Bap Rap vom aller feinsten. Als Gast und Unterstützung hat er Flomega aka the backseatchild im Gepäck, der zur Zeit fieberhaft an seiner Debut EP arbeitet. Die beiden werden mit DJ Robotnik ein Rap Showcase der alten Schule präsentieren. Heavy Soul ist unterwegs. Ein Interview mit Donqui könnt ihr hier lesen.
Das Ganze geht am Dienstag 8. Mai ab 20 Uhr los mit einer gemütlichen Grillsession und einer exklusiven Pre-Listening Session von Donqui´s Lp, die ihr natürlich an der Bar für unglaubliche 10 € kaufen könnt. Direkt unter der Hohenzollernbrücke. Ab 21.00 Uhr geht´s dann in den Bogen 2 und los mit dem Konzert. Alle, die nächsten Tag früh raus müssen, können damit rechnen, dass sie ab 00.00 Uhr richtig Heimat schlendern können. Alle, die noch feiern wollen, können das zu den von DJ Robotnik gemixten Tracks tun. Alles kann, nichst muss;)
Tickets im Vorverkauf bekommt ihr im Groove Attack Record Store für 8,- € plus Gebühren. Wem das zu stressig ist, kann hier eine
unverbindliche Kartenreservierung vornehmen. Tickets an der Abendkasse gibt es für 10 €..
