My truelove was shopping for groceries and encountered a person set up at a table of used books, being sold to fund some charity or another. She bought a small hardback reissue of The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes which I re-read with delight. I then sought out more of the canon online, and in reading the story "The Silver Blaze" I encountered the word "penanglawyer" which from context is a type of walking stick, suitable for clubbing a horse trainer to death.A google search on penanglawyer brought me to a youtube account by that name, at which has been posted favorited a number of Holmes-related videos. Therein I discovered The Adventures of Wassup Holmes and laughed my ass off. It helps if you've read The Hound of the Baskervilles and it helps if you can enjoy white boys rapping.*daha*
