Anyone remember how I used to update regularly? ^_^;;; Anyhoo...Got my first paycheck today. Couldn't cash it as the bank isn't open on the weekend... I swear, I have the lamest bank ever. They're only open like 9-4 weekdays. It's very inconvenient. I suppose I'll have to use my lunch break Monday to go to the bank, fun. Well, that's assuming I work, which I don't know about yet, since they didn't have the schedule done when I went in for my check this morning. Schedule starts tomorrow... Hahaha. I'm working tomorrow, though, since one of the assistant managers asked me, nice. 9-4 and then studying with Lisa at school after. Hooray for productive days. There's a lot going on that is almost impossible to describe for any number of reasons. I think that's why I drifted away from using this so much-I just have a lot of shit going on that requires so much explanation that it's overwhelming to even think about writing it all out. Not to mention, much of it is secret, nothing to be proud of, blah, blah, blah. I'm in a very strange part of my life right now. I've always had something to work for, work toward, something else on the horizon. Now it's so wide open that I really have to figure out what comes next. School's done, licensing's going to take awhile, funding for the licensing is going to be problematic, so I'm sort of at loose ends. I know I have to work for a while, but doing what? The job market down here is shit. We're in one of the worst states as far as this recession goes, and far more people are looking for jobs than they have. And I loose out automatically for anything good because I don't have much work experience and I'm overqualified. Even jobs "in my field," like biology, usually require lab experience I don't have because I never wanted to work in labs. v_v All this sounds really negative, but I'm not down or anything. I'm working, I've got great friends and family; I'll make it work out. Anyway, that's life, or as it is right now. ^_^;;
