The group also know as The Majestic Twelve Operation, Majestic 12, Majic 12, MAJCOM or MJ-12 was created under an executive order on September 24th , 1947. The panel was empowered to review all available evidence and data collected by the government, military and intelligence agencies.

MJ-12 was a 'Committee' set up inside the NSC. In 1954, President Eisenhower signed the Secret Executive Order, "Order Number 54-12". (NSC=National Security Counsel)

This committee able to take appropriate action without congressional oversight. The MJ-12 group worked closely with the Joint Intelligence Committee, the Air Technical Intelligence Center and Intelligence Advisory Committee. Projects connected to or spun off from MJ-12 were PROJECT SIGMA, PROJECT SIGN which was said to have evolved into PROJECT GRUDGE. It can make a person feel uneasy that such an organization was formed outside of the normal channels of our democratic process, that the citizens of the United States work so hard to fund and keep together. Its manifestation set precedents for much of the double-dealing and covert activities that run so rampant within United States Government political system today.

Amongst the MJ-12 documents there is information about UFO crashes and recoveries, connected military installations, scientific facilities, laboratories, locations of wreckage storage, experiments with advanced technology and labs wherein secret operations took place.

MJ-12 was the President's special panel to investigate the UFO/alien phenomena and participate in capture of unidentified space vehicles. The President was briefed on a weekly activity in what was called 'Current Intelligence Review'. The group also dealt with the social impact on personnel directly exposed to any given recovery or incident as well as the effects if this information if it ever went public.

Leadership is a perennial topic where its students seek the alchemist’s stone that will transmute mere mortals into management gods. Yet few have found the secret.

Jim Collins found, in a study of 1435 top companies, only 11 companies which had gone from being one of the crowd to sustained growth. Their secret was always a quiet and humble leader who knew what he or she wanted and then quietly shaped the greatness of their organization.

A great leader loves his or her followers, unconditionally, who know this, unquestioningly. When you know you are loved, how can you not trust fully?

In Tao, a leader is sage and invisible. With touch so light, sensitivity so sharply honed, the leader seem to do nothing special, yet somehow they achieve their goals.

The very highest is barely known by men,

Then comes that which they know and love

Then that which is feared,

Then that which is despised.

He who does not trust enough will not be trusted.

When actions are performed

Without unnecessary speech,

People say "We did it!"

A junior devil has been sent to earth to look around and see how things are progressing. He quickly returns to hell, horrified, and obtains an interview with Beelzebub, the chief devil himself.

"Sir," he sputters, "something awful has happened! There is a man with a beard walking around on earth, speaking Truth, and people are beginning to listen to him. Something has to be done immediately."

Beelzebub smiles pleasantly, puffing on his pipe but making no comment.

"Sir! You don't realise the seriousness of the situation," continues the distraught junior devil. "Pretty soon all will be lost!"

Beelzebub removes his pipe slowly, taps it out on the ashtray, and sits back in his swivel-chair, hands behind his head.

"Don't worry, son," he counsels. "We will let it go on a little longer and, when it has progressed far enough, we will step in and help them to organize!"

And once a religion is organized, it is dead -- because you can organize a religion only when you compromise with the masses. You can organize a religion only when you follow the desires of the common mass. You can organize a religion only when you are ready to make it a politics and you are ready to lose its religiousness.

A religion can be organized only when it is no more a religion. That's to say: a religion cannot be organized as religion. Organized, it is no more religion. A religion basically remains unorganized, remains a little chaotic, remains a little disorderly -- because religion is freedom.

The Buddha said:

"THOSE WHO ARE FOLLOWING THE WAY SHOULD BEHAVE LIKE A PIECE OF TIMBER WHICH IS DRIFTING ALONG A STREAM. IF THE LOG IS NEITHER HELD BY THE BANKS, NOR SEIZED BY MEN, NOR OBSTRUCTED BY THE GODS, NOR KEPT IN THE WHIRLPOOL, NOR ITSELF GOES TO DECAY, I ASSURE YOU THAT THIS LOG WILL FINALLY REACH THE OCEAN."

Die legendären UFOs sind keinesfalls ein 50 Jahre altes Phänomen, das in der Nachkriegszeit in den USA ihren Ursprung hat. Diese Annahme ist vollkommen falsch und wird doch immer wieder behauptet. Solche seltsamen Erscheinungen sind über Jahrhunderte und Jahrtausende durch die Geschichte zu belegen. Selbst uralte Felszeichnungen zum Beispiel in Frankreich zeigen Objekte, die stark an vermeintlich moderne UFOs erinnern.

Berichte über bemerkenswerte Erscheinungen und Objekte am Himmel über Europa finden sich auch in mittelalterlichen und klassischen Chroniken. In Frankreich nahmen etwa die Begegnungen mit einem Volk, das aus fliegenden Objekten stieg, aus einem Land mit Namen Magonia stammte und Menschen mit in ihre Luftfahrzeuge nahm, derart überhand, dass man im achten Jahrhundert unter Pippins Regierung Gesetze gegen diese Wesen erließ.

Auch die Bevölkerung Nürnbergs beobachtete in den frühen Morgenstunden des 14. April 1561 merkwürdige Flugobjekte über ihrer Stadt. Hunderte von Menschen sahen zwischen vier und fünf Uhr in der Frühe erschrocken zu, wie unerklärliche Kugeln oder Scheiben am Himmel schwebten.

Hannes Glaser aus Nürnberg sah damals diese beeindruckende, eine Stunde dauernde Erscheinung. Von Beruf Buchdrucker, fertigte Glaser nach seinem Erlebnis ein Flugblatt an, auf dem er diese Sichtung erzählt:

Once you become repressive, you become pathological, you are ill. In fact, only pathological people become interested in repressive systems of thought.

All the nuns but one in a Belgian nunnery are found to be pregnant just after the war. The cardinal makes a personal inquiry and learns that the nuns have all been raped by German soldiers.

"But why didn't they rape you?" he asks of the one thin, little, ugly and repulsive looking nun who is not pregnant.

"Who, me?" she says. "I resisted!"

The pathological can also find rationalizations. You know the old Aesop's fable?

The fox says, "The grapes are sour," because the fox could not get to the grapes -- they were too high. She looked around, she tried hard to reach, but the grapes were too high, beyond her reach. She looked around, there was nobody. She walked away, but a hare was watching, hidden behind a bush. And the hare said, "Auntie, what happened? Couldn't you get to the grapes?"

The fox said, "No, it is not a question of getting to the grapes -- they are not yet ripe, they are very sour."

The people who cannot get to the grapes can rationalize that they are sour. These rationalizations may deceive others, but how can they deceive you? The fox knows perfectly well that she had not been able to reach. Now, it is a rationalization, and mind is very clever in rationalizing.

Jake came home in the middle of the afternoon. He was met at the door by his wife and his son. His son exclaimed, "Dad, there is a bogeyman in the closet!"

Jake rushed to the closet and flung the door open. There, huddled among the coats was his partner, Sam. "Sam," shrieked Jake, "why in hell do you come here in the afternoon and scare my kid?"

The word for word meaning of Tao is represented also by the ancient symbol of this term. It is made out of two distinct graphic elements: the first - placed to the right of the sign - suggests the image of a hairy, human head; the latter - placed to the left - suggests moving by presenting a foot walking.

However, the term "Tao" is differently translated depending on the context of the doctrine in which it is understood. Thus, for Confucius and for his philosophical school, "Tao" refers to the art of ruling the state of the ancient emperors like King Wen and the Duke of Chou, famous characters in the history of China. For the Taoists, the same term alludes, in the late speculations, to an originary order of the universe, to the Beginning , the Origin of all the things or other similar concepts. In this context, the polisemy of this term resembles the polisemy of the concept "prima materia" of the Greek-Egyptian classique alchemy or of the medieval European alchemy.

In the "Book of Changes", Tao is said to represent "a yin and a yang". He is, more precisely, a moving phenomena including alternation of contraries, like day and night.

Tao and the Heavenly Nature

The "Way of Heaven" is a mysterious syntagm very much discussed by the sinologists. The meaning of this syntagm is clearly revealed by a passage of the book Chuang-tzu:

The "Heavenly constitution" is another name for Tao or for the "Way of Heaven". What we can understand from this short dialogue is that Taoists consider Tao a natural and usual concept of harmony and equilibrium of the essence of things in the Universe. What represents the natural part of a creature or of a phenomenon - not necessarily animated - is its very essence, and is alluded by the term Tao. The human being brings about, by his activity, essential changes to this "Way of Heaven". These changes - "human" ones - represent real deviations from the "Way of Heaven", and can become the opposite of the natural way of things.

Das Arbeiten mit dem feinstofflichen Körper

Jedes Mal, wenn wir einschlafen, findet ein sehr wichtiger Prozess statt. Unser Bewusstsein, das während des Wachzustandes auf den physischen Körper zielt, schaltet sich aus und wird im feinstofflichen Körper aktiv. Die Möglichkeiten, die sich uns durch diesen Übergang bieten, gehen weit über unsere Vorstellungskraft hinaus. Wenn wir als Kinder unsere ersten Schritte machen, beginnen wir einen langen Prozess, in dem wir lernen, unsere Absicht durch den physischen Körper auszudrücken. Durch viele Jahre der Schulung und wachsenden Selbstdisziplin verfeinern wir diese Fähigkeit. Im Traum-Yoga üben wir die Ausdehnung dieses Prozesses in das Reich des subtilen Körpers und in Dimensionen in denen es weder Zeit noch Raum gibt. Der Grund dieser Übungen, ist die Transzendenz des Bewusstseins. Der physische Körper wird von Zeit und Raum eingegrenzt und egal, wie gut wir ihn pflegen, stirbt er irgendwann. Das Bewusstsein befindet sich außerhalb der Beschränkungen von Zeit und Raum. Wenn es durch Energiedisziplinen kultiviert wurde, ist es dazu fähig, über den Tod des physischen Körpers hinaus im feinstofflichen Körper weiter zu agieren. Der Hauptzweck der Traumübung ist die Entwicklung der Fähigkeit, sich vollständig bewusst, außerhalb von Zeit und Raum, im feinstofflichen Körper zu bewegen. Diese Ausbildung gibt dem feinstofflichen Körper mehr Zusammenhang und macht allmählich Absicht und Realisierung zu einer unmittelbaren Realität. Die Traumübungen helfen, mit der Zeit, die Furcht vor dem Unbekannten im Moment des Todes zu überwinden. Stattdessen wird eine nahtlose Kontinuität des Bewusstseins zwischen der körperlichen und feinstofflichen Dimensionen erfahren.

Die acht Stufen zum Entwickeln der Grundlagen:

Die verschiedenen Stufen für die Entwicklung der Grundlagen erzeugen eine Kraft die es uns ermöglicht, in der Energiearbeit auf eine tiefere Ebene zu gehen, weil wir mit einer ausgedehnteren und vielseitigeren Sichtweise arbeiten als vorher. Die Praktizierenden entwickeln Fertigkeiten, die zu einer gesteigerten Fähigkeit der Lebensbewältigung und zu einer größeren Gewandtheit beim Realisieren von Zielen führen. Es wird immer mehr Energie freigesetzt, um Ungleichgewichte aus der Vergangenheit oder Gegenwart auszugleichen.

Den Berg stabilisieren

Eine Art der vollständigen Aktivierung schöpferischer Energie ist Stille, verbunden mit einem klaren Bewusstsein. Es ist ziemlich leicht, sich während einer guten Meditationssitzung auf eine hochfrequente schöpferische Energie einzustellen, die zu einer tiefern inneren Stille führt. Der Prozess, den zentralen Kanal in einer zunehmend höheren Frequenz zu stabilisieren, erzeugt eine innere Stille, die wir auch 'die Leere' nennen. Das Ziel eines stillen Retreats dient der Stabilisierung von höheren Frequenzen und der Stärkung des Tiegels, der entwickelt wird. Stiller Rückzug erzeugt starke Wellen von Glück und Klarheit. Das Gefühl der Trennung zwischen dem Selbst und dem Rest des Universums löst sich auf, und das Innen und Außen wird zu einem Kontinuum von höchst feinstofflicher Energie.

Die Ahnenlinie bereichern - Andere lehren

Zu Lehren heißt, unserer Einsicht in die Übung zu teilen, unsere Freude, die wir empfinden, und den Nutzen, den wir durch die unendliche Weisheit der von den Vorfahren der Übung weitergegebenen Weisheit erhalten haben zu übertragen. Andere mit unserer Begeisterung und unserer Wertschätzung, die wir selbst in den Praktiken gefunden haben, zu durchdringen, kann nur geschehen, wenn wir auf eigene tiefe Erfahrung mit den Energiedisziplinen zurückgreifen können. Lehren ist mehr, als nur Techniken und Information weiterzugeben. Ein Video oder ein Buch kann diese Aufgabe sogar gründlicher erfüllen. Lehren ist die Übertragung der Erfahrung und des Bewusstseinszustands, der durch die Übungen realisiert wurde. In der alten Taoistischen Tradition lehrten nur diejenigen, die sich schon auf den Stufen der Transzendenz befanden, die einen Überblick auf den gesamten Prozess hatten und eine ganze Menge persönlicher Erfahrung auf dem Terrain diese Weges besaßen.
Lehren ist keine Aufgabe, sondern es ist die Stufe, wo wir die Kontinuität der berühmten Abstammung der Lehren für zukünftige Generationen sicherstellen. Es ist die Stufe, auf der wir die Praktiken durch unsere eigenen tiefen Erfahrungen verfeinern und für die gegenwärtige Generation unter den heutigen Bedingungen zugänglich machen, sozusagen eine Aktualisierung der Praktiken. Auf dieser Stufe tragen wir die größte Verantwortung. Denn wenn der Lehrer, mit den Worten des I Ging, 'sich seinen Schwanz nass macht' mit Gier nach Macht und dem Wunsch, andere zu manipulieren und die Lehren für seinen persönlichen Gewinn zu nutzen, geht alles verloren, und die Person befindet sich ganz alleine.

Der Dalai Lama, ein versierter Beobachter der menschlichen Natur, hatte einmal das Vergnügen, in einem berühmten japanischen Zen - Kloster vor einem ausgewählten Publikum führender buddhistischer Denker und Würdenträger zu sprechen. Er fühlte, dass er in seiner Rede seinen Gedanken den richtigen Ausdruck zu verleihen vermochte und richtigen Ton traf für die erlauchten Zuhörerschaft. Als er seinen Vortrag endete, breitete sich eine feierliche Ergriffenheit und ein glückseliger Einklang über den Raum aus und der Dalai Lama wurde von einer tiefen Zufriedenheit erfüllt. Kurz darauf erhoben sich zwei hübsche junge Frauen in traditionellen Kimonos und kamen durch den Mittelgang auf ihn zu. Sie trugen vor sich kunstvolle traditionelle Ikebana Blumengestecke und der Dalai Lama erhob sich, um die Ehrung in Empfang zu nehmen. Die Mädchen tippelten links und rechts um ihn herum und legten die Blumengestecke auf den Knien am Schrein hinter ihm nieder.. "In diesem Moment", gibt der Dalai Lama zu, "war ich etwas frustriert und wurde blind für die Harmonie und die erhabene Schönheit um mich herum. Warum? Ganz einfach, weil weil ich erwartet hatte, dass die Blumen für mich gedacht waren." Dergestalt ist das Wesen falscher Erwartungen und der daraus folgenden Frustrationen - sie entstehen aus dem Nichts und umnebeln die eigene Wahrnehmung. Das ist der Grund weshalb Du richtig mit Deinen Erwartungen umgehen und Dein mentales Modell anpassen musst, um Frustrationen zu vermeiden.

Die Freuden des Teilens

A manager went to the master programmer and showed him the requirements document for a new application. The manager asked the master: "How long will it take to design this system if I assign five programmers to it?"

"It will take one year," said the master promptly.

"But we need this system immediately or even sooner! How long will it take if I assign ten programmers to it?"

The master programmer frowned. "In that case, it will take two years."

"And what if I assign a hundred programmers to it?"

The master programmer shrugged. "Then the design will never be completed," he said.

Thus spake the master programmer:

"You can demonstrate a program for an executive, but you can't make him computer literate."

A programmer once built a vast database containing all the literature, facts, figures, and data in the world. Then he built an advanced querying system that linked that knowledge together, allowing him to wander through the database at will. Satisfied and pleased, he sat down before his computer to enjoy the fruits of his labor.

After three minutes, the programmer had a headache. After three hours, the programmer felt ill. After three days, the programmer destroyed his database. When asked why, he replied: "That system put the world at my fingertips. I could go anywhere, see anything. Because I was no longer limited by external conditions, I had no excuse for not knowing everything there is to know. I could neither sleep nor eat. All I could do was wander through the database. Now I can rest."

Live the way existence wanted you to live. Your very life should be so intense and so total that you burn your life's torch from both ends. In that very intensity you will know that you have touched something of eternity. And if you have known it in your life, in your death you will find a deeper confirmation of the fact.

People who live in personality always die unconscious. They have never lived. They don't know what consciousness is, so before death they become unconscious. That's why we don't remember our past lives. You were unconscious, and death happened in your unconsciousness.

But if you live consciously, as an individual, then you will die consciously, the way Socrates was dying -- so conscious to the last breath. And this memory will be with you in the next life too.

In the East there are three great religions: Hinduism, Jainism, Buddhism. They disagree on every point -- their philosophies are different about everything -- but on one point they agree, and that is the eternal existence of the soul, because it is not a question of theoretical discussion, it is a question of existential experience. You can't disagree about it -- it is exactly so.

Against these three religions in the East, outside of India there are three religions: Judaism, Christianity, and Mohammedanism. They all believe in one life, and that simply shows their poverty. They have not explored deeply enough to find past lives, and they cannot guarantee anything about the future. These three religions born outside India are superficial. Their work is not in-depth research.

But in India for ten thousand years thousands of people have entered into self-realization and have found that there is some light that remains forever. It goes on moving from one body to another body but is indestructible.

Taoism is against all beliefs, because every belief destroys you, destroys your thinking. Taoism is in favor of experimenting, and there are techniques available.

That has been Osho´s whole life's work -- to make those techniques available to anybody who really wants to search and to find, to one who is not only a curious person but is a seeker who is ready to risk everything for the search. And it is a search for which you need to risk everything because you are going to find the greatest treasure.
