HEALTHY SMOOTHIE WITH PROTEINPULVER

Fruit smoothies are an easy and tasteful way to feed your body with important nutrients. A ll you need to get started is a  blender, some fruit and a base consisting of water, milk or yogurt.  To make it all extra easy you can use frozen fruit and vegetables. Fresh smoothies will always be preferable, but to do something with frozen food is better than doing nothing.  And today available frozen fruits and vegetables so in good ecological qualities.

LOTS OF VITAMINS AND MINERALS


    Drinking healthy smoothies can help you achieve the recommended intake of fiber, Which is 25 grams for women and 38 grams for men. 
    A glass of smoothies contain up to 7 grams of fiber, with the highest concentration in blackberries, apples and pears.  The soluble Fiber present in the fruit help digestion and can help to control blood sugar levels and a lower cholesterol content.


HERE IS AN EXAMPLE OF A QUICK AND SUPER HEALTHY SMOOTHIE PROTeiNPULVER

    • Ingredients:

      • ½ agurk
      • 2 bananer
      • ½ pose frosne spinach Kugler
      • 1 lime Uden skræl
      • 4-6 dl. plantemælk
      • 2 SPSK. Force plans protein powders vanilje
      • 1 SPSK. livets olie
      • 1 SPSK. Greens
      • Lidt is.

Preparation:


All the ingredients will be executed in a good blender and blended for a few minutes.
 You now have a delicious green smoothie with proteinpulver
