What should I name my new baby boy? I was thinking I'd name him Finn, but it sounds weird when you say it out loud.

My weekend.

Went to Saddle Ranch in CityWalk with friends from work. Got wasted. Had lots of fun. Went to Vegas with some of the same friends. Had way too much fun - danced all night - could barely walk. Partied till 7 am - then had to drive home at 9 am so Hala could catch her flight. Saw some major accidents on the 15 Fwy - including a semi on fire - one of its wheels was flying down the freeway - ON FIRE - toward oncoming traffic. Very surreal. Fell asleep. Then - the shit hit the fan.Hala fell asleep and hit a semi. I woke up - we had slammed into the side - both airbags deployed. Hala was yelling at me to get out of the car. There was smoke - and we were afraid the car was going to blow up. The car was in the way of oncoming traffic - it's a miracle that we were not hurt and got out of the car without getting hit. I got out on Hala's side b/c my side was jammed. I ran to the side of the road with no shoes on - not quite knowing what was happening. Hala was still in the car - trying to get something. Then, a jeep came barreling towards the car - at the last minute - it swerved off the road and came right at me - I had to RUN towards the desert to get out of the way. She got out and some people stopped to try to help. It took several tries to get through to 911. A tow truck happened to be there, so he helped us. The driver of the semi didn't even check to see if we were okay - he just started taking pictures of the accident. The cops came and chewed him the fuck out - yelling at him for standing there with the car in the middle of the freeway (speed limit is 70 - most people go 80 or more). The tow truck driver brought us to Barstow (in the middle of nowhere between Vegas and LA). We stayed there for awhile and then he brought us to the rental car place. I called the work friends (who were still sleeping in Vegas) - they drove there immediately to our rescue. They met up with us at a place in Barstow called Bun Boy (awesome name) - and then Crystal drove the rental car home for us. So, now I have to figure out how I'm going to get my car back to Glendale (it's still at the tow truck place in Barstow) and how much damage it has. I hope they say it's totaled so I can get a new one. But, I have no idea. The passenger side is all dented in and the front tire housing is all twisted. The tow truck driver said Hala must be a great driver b/c most people would have been sucked under the semi and rolled out into the desert. She said as soon as she woke up and realized what was happening, she slammed on the brakes, and turned the steering wheel as hard as she could away from the truck.Anyway, I'm just happy Hala and I are alive - that's all I really care about. We both have a few bruises from the seat belts, but thank god we were wearing them. Everyone - PLEASE WEAR YOUR SEATBELT every time you get in a car. I was asleep with the seat tilted back, but Hala could have easily flown out the window without her seatbelt.I took a day off work to rest - and I ended up sleeping for 19 hours straight. Then, I brought Hala to the airport. I think we'll be very careful about how we drive for awhile. I hope my insurance company doesn't fuck me in the ass for this.
